What matters here
The things a review should help you judge.
Reviews are useful when they tell you whether a garage communicates clearly, quotes honestly and does the work it agreed to do.
Speak to the workshop
No call centre or sales desk. You speak directly to the people handling the vehicle.
Useful local service
Tyres, brakes, servicing and repairs from one independent Colchester workshop.
Unedited and independently hosted
The full review history stays on Google.

Common questions
About our reviews
Where are your reviews?
On our Google Business Profile. This page links to them rather than copying them here, which means we cannot edit them and cannot leave the bad ones out.
Why not show the reviews on this page?
Copied quotes can be cherry-picked. Reading them on Google means you see all of them, newest first, exactly as they were left, in their original context.
How do I leave a review?
Use the "Leave a review" link on this page—it opens our Google listing straight on the review form. You will need a Google account to post one.
